RETRO PUTT AT THE COVE, LLC, operating under the Retro Putt Indoor Mini Golf brand ("Retro Putt," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from guests, parents or guardians, and website visitors, how we use and share that information, and the choices available to you. This Policy applies to our indoor mini golf location in Green Cove Springs, Florida, our website at https://retro-putt.com/, and related booking, payment, waiver, membership, communication, and marketing tools we use, collectively, the "Services."
By visiting our website, booking a visit, signing a waiver, making a purchase, or otherwise providing information to Retro Putt, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect personal information that you or your party voluntarily provide, including:
Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
Waiver and release information: signature, date, emergency contact details, participant information, and responses collected when you complete a Retro Putt liability waiver.
Information about minors: if you sign a waiver on behalf of a minor child, we may collect the child's name and date of birth and the name of the signing parent or natural guardian. This information is provided by the adult completing the waiver; we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Payment information: when you purchase admission, a membership, merchandise, a gift card, or a party or event, payment information may be collected and processed by payment providers such as Square. Retro Putt does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card details itself.
Reservation, membership, and event details: purchase details, party or event date, group size, membership participants, and related preferences.
Communications: messages you send us by email, phone, text, or through our website, including any information you choose to include.
Photography, video, and audio: recordings that may be created during normal business operations, special events, security activities, or promotional activities, as described in Section 4.
1.2 SMS / Text Messaging Information
If you opt in to receive text messages from Retro Putt, we collect your mobile phone number, a record of your consent, and message-related information needed to operate the program, such as replies of STOP or HELP. See Section 6 for details.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, and dates and times of visits.
Cookies and similar technologies: small data files used to remember preferences, keep the site functioning, and understand how visitors use the site. See Section 5.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve our facility and website; process waivers, purchases, memberships, bookings, and event reservations; communicate with you about visits, transactions, inquiries, and customer service; send marketing messages when you have provided the required consent; support safety, security, incident response, and fraud prevention; maintain business and legal records; enforce applicable terms and facility rules; protect Retro Putt, our guests, staff, and others; comply with legal obligations; and analyze website usage and service performance.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:
Service providers and software platforms. We use vendors and software providers to help operate Retro Putt, including payment processing, customer relationship management, communications, website services, waiver processing, automation, hosting, analytics, and support services. These providers may include Square, Smartwaiver, Ataya One, and Ataya Business Solutions. These providers may process personal information on behalf of Retro Putt only as reasonably necessary to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by law.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, safety, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, or enforce applicable agreements.
Business transfers. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business.
With your direction or consent. We may share information for another purpose disclosed when the information is collected or when you direct or consent to the sharing.
4. Photography and Video
Photography and video recording may occur during normal business operations, special events, and promotional activities. Guests may appear incidentally or in the background of photographs or video depicting Retro Putt, its facilities, attractions, events, or general guest activity. Additional consent may be required before Retro Putt intentionally features a guest as the primary subject of advertising or promotional content, particularly where a minor is involved.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, such as web beacons and pixels, to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand how visitors use the site, including through analytics and advertising services. Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the website functions. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Program
If you opt in, Retro Putt may send recurring marketing or non-marketing text messages depending on the specific consent you provide. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance or contact Retro Putt at (904) 664-8772. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors or service providers in support services, such as customer service, communications, or technology services, is permitted as necessary to provide services on behalf of Retro Putt. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
The SMS program is separate from the liability waiver. Opting in or out of text messages does not affect a guest's ability to complete the waiver, make a purchase, or participate at Retro Putt.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 online. Information about minor participants is collected from a parent or natural guardian as part of our waiver, booking, membership, or safety processes. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us using the information in Section 12.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, safety, insurance, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping purposes. Certain records, including signed waivers and incident-related records, may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or satisfy applicable obligations.
10. Your Privacy Choices

Access, correction, or deletion. Certain state privacy laws may provide rights to eligible consumers where applicable. Regardless of whether a particular privacy law applies to Retro Putt, we will consider reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable legal, safety, insurance, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations.
